With immense excitement, I step into the role of CEO at Embarc Collective. From day one, this organization has been dedicated to a single mission: empowering entrepreneurs to build bold and thriving companies right here in Florida. As I take on this role, my focus is clear—to amplify and expand the impact we deliver to Embarc Collective member companies while exploring new ways to extend our reach across Florida.

At Embarc Collective, success is measured by the achievements of the people solving the world’s most pressing problems. We are committed to providing the precise resources they need, exactly when they need them. Entrepreneurs are the visionaries, the builders, and the risk-takers shaping Florida’s economy and beyond. Over the past five years, Embarc Collective has delivered more than 6,000 hours of coaching, supported over 230 early-stage startups, which created nearly 1,000 net new jobs, and raised over $200 million in capital. These numbers reflect the resilience and determination of startup builders who drive meaningful change and inspire everything we do.

Much of my career has been spent working alongside entrepreneurs, and one thing I know is that success in this journey doesn’t come easy. It requires a steadfast commitment to learning, iterating, and growing. Embarc Collective offers a support system designed to meet founders where they are, providing tailored coaching, strategic resources, and a community that shares in their challenges and triumphs.

Looking ahead, Embarc Collective’s mission remains unwavering: to continue being a critical resource for startups as they navigate the complexities of building scalable businesses. As we strengthen our impact in Tampa Bay, we also envision expanding into other cities and markets across Florida, bringing our proven support model to even more entrepreneurial communities. I’m eager to drive this vision forward and help lead Embarc Collective into a future of greater impact and reach.
