- Opportunities to contribute to special projects and evolving team priorities.
What We’re Looking For
- 2-3+ years of experience in program coordination and/or startup ecosystem support (e.g., educational program coordinator, project manager, platform associate at a VC)
- Ability to build and maintain digital resources, tools, and platforms to enhance members’ educational experience
- Proficiency in record-keeping, data tracking, and reporting for program impact assessment
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders, including startup founders, coaches, investors, and external partners
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- You care about people. You take time to get to know your community members, listen to their needs and then deliver on them, and connect the dots to bring new people together.
- You pay attention to the details. Whether interviewing a prospective member company, sending out a programming invitation, or organizing office hours with a visiting expert, you are extremely meticulous, organized, responsive, and resourceful.
- You like being on a team. You are self-directed but also highly collaborative, both within the organization and externally when engaging with partners. You are a natural problem solver but know when to ask for help and how to manage up.
