As our team’s Member Operations Assistant, you will play a role in executing various aspects crucial to the smooth operation of Embarc Collective’s membership services. You’ll serve as a point of contact for newly accepted and current members of Embarc Collective and be the key driver of member operational processes and support overall member experience. This role is critical to supporting the timely and accurate execution associated with the core functions of the Member Operations team.
In this role, you will report to the Embarc Collective Sr. Member Operations Associate.
This is a part-time, hourly position with an opportunity for growth within the Embarc Collective team. This role is not eligible for health or retirement benefits; however, free onsite parking, wellness and professional development opportunities, holidays off, and paid time off are included.
This position requires a set, 20-hour per week, weekly schedule with opportunities for flexibility. We encourage anyone who may have taken time out of the workforce to apply.
This is an in-person position at Embarc Collective, located at 802 E. Whiting, Tampa, FL 33602.
