Dr. Weber holds concurrent roles as a Hospitalist, Assistant Professor, and GME Director of Patient Safety at the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine. An expert in quality improvement and patient safety, Dr. Weber has been instrumental in elevating clinical standards at TGH, particularly in managing sepsis and COVID-19 care. Her efforts contributed to TGH’s exceptional performance in patient outcomes during the pandemic and beyond. Dr. Weber’s healthcare expertise is rooted in her experience as a cardiovascular surgical ICU nurse prior to medical school, which gives her a broad perspective on healthcare.
