Embarc Collective is excited to welcome Jeremy Fritzhand as our new Vice President of Platform & Member Engagement, bringing more than two decades of experience in entrepreneurship, founder support, startup acceleration, and ecosystem building to our team.

Jeremy joins Embarc Collective after serving as CEO of VentureStudio at Ahmedabad University in India, the university’s innovation and startup hub established in collaboration with Stanford’s Center for Design Research. During his tenure, Jeremy led an ecosystem that has supported more than 170 startups across industries ranging from healthcare and energy to defense, agro-tech, and smart technologies. Before VentureStudio, he served as Director of Startup Services at Cincinnati’s Alloy Growth Lab, where he supported more than 500 startups that generated over $40 million in revenue and raised more than $50 million in funding.

But Jeremy’s connection to entrepreneurship extends beyond supporting founders—he has built companies himself. Throughout his career, he has designed startup programs, mentor networks, digital platforms, cross-sector partnerships, and social enterprises, giving him firsthand perspective on the realities founders face as they move from ambitious ideas to durable businesses. His philosophy is rooted in a belief that startups rarely succeed in isolation: strong founders become even stronger when the ecosystem around them provides the right relationships, resources, and support at the right moments.

That perspective will sit at the heart of Jeremy’s work at Embarc Collective. As Vice President of Platform & Member Engagement, he will help strengthen how founders connect with Embarc Collective’s coaching, programming, partnerships, peer community, and broader network—creating an environment that helps ambitious builders move faster and make better decisions. His experience building innovation ecosystems across cities, universities, and countries will also bring a valuable perspective as we continue strengthening Tampa Bay’s position as a place where scalable technology companies can start, grow, and thrive.

We’re thrilled to welcome Jeremy to the team and excited for our community to get to know him. Want to learn more about the experiences, ideas, and philosophy shaping his approach to entrepreneurship and ecosystem building? Explore Jeremy’s story and work on his website.
