Joe brings more than 20 years of experience as a senior product and innovation leader across media, technology, and emerging digital platforms. Most recently, he served as SVP of Product and Growth at The E.W. Scripps Company and previously held executive leadership roles at Cox Enterprises, where he led digital transformation, business development, product strategy, and innovation initiatives across large-scale media organizations. Throughout his career, Joe has helped companies navigate evolving technology landscapes while building product and platforms capable of achieving meaningful scale.
His expertise spans media, business development, AI and the creator economy, with a particular focus on identifying scalable business models and transforming early-stage ideas into operational reality. Joe has deep experience across audience monetization, sports, creator economy infrastructure, platform development, content distribution, and applying AI to improve how content is created, delivered, and consumed. He brings an operator’s perspective to founders, helping pressure-test product strategies, align business models with customer value, and make informed decisions as they move from early traction toward sustainable growth.
