Rachel brings more than two decades of experience at the intersection of healthcare, technology, innovation, and venture development. In her current role at Tampa General Hospital, she leads initiatives focused on advancing healthcare innovation, strategic partnerships, venture investments, and digital transformation efforts that improve patient care and operational excellence. Throughout her career, Rachel has built a reputation as a forward-thinking leader who understands how emerging technologies, startups, and health systems can work together to solve some of healthcare’s most pressing challenges.

As one of the driving forces behind TGH Ventures, Rachel has helped position Tampa Bay as a growing destination for healthcare innovation, fostering collaboration between entrepreneurs, investors, healthcare providers, and industry partners. Her leadership has played an important role in creating pathways for startups to validate solutions, access customers, and accelerate growth within one of the nation’s leading academic health systems.

Rachel has also been a longtime champion of the startup ecosystem, serving as a mentor, advisor, investor, and advocate for founders building transformative healthcare and technology companies. Her experience evaluating emerging technologies, scaling innovation initiatives, and navigating complex healthcare environments will bring valuable perspective to Embarc Collective as it continues to help founders build bold, scalable companies.
