Welcome to our Ecosystem Highlight series, where you’ll meet the innovators in our vast ecosystem of startup builders from across Florida, who are actively solving some of the world’s greatest challenges. We interviewed Kamal Moumneh , Chief Innovation Officer & Managing Partner of Electus Global Education Co., a hybrid edtech/fintech social enterprise. Life Hub Infiniti is an AI-powered all-in-one app that rewards kids 6–18 for learning the things they actually need to know in life.

What were you doing previously, and what inspired you to join, launch, or help grow your company?

I was a founder and partner in an industrial manufacturing company in Tampa.

What pain point is your company solving? What gets you excited to go to work every day?

The driving force behind our company is a massive, urgent macroeconomic mission: helping to reconstitute the American middle class, which has taken a brutal beating over the past three decades. The compounding crises of systemic income stagnation, shifting workforce demands, and a lack of real-world financial capability have severely stalled social upward mobility. This is a massive, complex societal problem that cannot be solved with superficial patches; it requires a deep, sustained educational and economic intervention.

Our biggest challenge from the onset was a fundamental paradox: How do you build a deeply authentic, localized solution that genuinely changes a child’s economic trajectory, while simultaneously engineering a hyper-scalable platform that can seamlessly deploy across thousands of customer organizations as well as family households? Historically, programs that offer real financial capability, hands-on entrepreneurship, career-readiness, and community-level mentorship are highly manual, localized, and impossible to scale. Conversely, apps that scale rapidly tend to be superficial, transactional, or nothing more than just youth banking apps and allowance trackers. Balancing true social impact with enterprise-grade scalability has been our steepest hurdle. However, with the advent of AI and our patented Infiniti AI, we are set on the course whereby that’s achievable with proper execution.

What’s the biggest challenge you’ve faced in helping build or scale the company? How did you overcome it?

With the strict goal of avoiding a superficial, “me-too” transactional banking app, our founder spent years in intensive research and development—dedicating over 13,000 hours to designing a deeply authentic solution to financial illiteracy. However, this rigorous R&D phase yielded a foundational hurdle: our original, patented product design centered around a dual hardware-and-software architecture. While authentic, it required massive funding upfront and logistically prevented us from quickly capturing rapid evidence of product-market fit or proof of concept at scale.

Recognizing that a crisis as widespread as the decline of the middle class requires a friction-free solution that can scale rapidly into any community, we made the critical decision to change course. |In 2023, we executed a profound strategic pivot, decoupling from physical hardware to re-engineer Life Hub into a pure cloud-based, multi-tenant Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform.

This pivot unlocked immediate, frictionless scalability while fully preserving the authentic impact of our curriculum. We successfully spent three years stress-testing and validating this pure software model through pilot initiatives across more than 50 schools, micro-schools, and youth organizations nationwide.

Today, Life Hub Infiniti™ stands as the ultimate realization of that pivot. By combining our 360-degree earn-and-learn ecosystem with an advanced, modular AI backbone, we have successfully balanced profound, localized economic impact with enterprise-grade scalability. We have built a system where authentic upward mobility for youth at home, school and rapid corporate B2B compliance delivery, don’t compete—they fuel each other.

Where do you see your company headed next?

Having successfully proven our product-market fit, achieved early corporate adoption, and solidly validated our real-world social impact through years of pilot programs, Electus is moving into its next vital lifecycle phase. Our entire focus is now centered on aggressive user acquisition and geometric growth. This pivot comes immediately after spending an intensive 15 months completely re-engineering and rebuilding our underlying infrastructure to transition into a truly AI-first EdTech and FinTech platform.

To hit our strict target registered users over the next 24 months, our expansion strategy is divided into two highly distinct, mutually reinforcing operational channels:

B2B2C Channel Execution: We are aggressively expanding our footprint across institutional education networks by deploying directly into schools, micro-schools, and youth organizations. To completely eliminate budget friction and accelerate adoption for these partners, we are deploying our innovative Infiniti AI™ Fund Finder. This powerful, proprietary tool automatically identifies available funding opportunities and assists our educational partners with grant acquisition. By providing them with the AI infrastructure to fund their own youth programs, we secure low-cost, bulk onboarding of entire student cohorts through trusted local networks.

B2C Market Penetration: Simultaneously, we are entering the direct-to-consumer (B2C) market to unlock a much faster velocity of growth. By positioning ourselves as an approved vendor in rapidly expanding state-sponsored Education Savings Account (ESA) marketplaces—starting with our established direct-to-parent funnel in Arizona, Arkansas, Indiana and Utah —we can bypass long institutional sales cycles entirely. By optimizing our infrastructure for an AI-driven economy, the next 24 months will see Electus scale from a validated community solution into a hyper-growth infrastructure layer that defines youth financial capability across the nation.

Give us a tactical piece of advice that you’d share with a founder just starting out.

Build an aggressive internal culture of rapid experimentation, and master the brutal, necessary art of the pivot. “Aside from pure luck, an entrepreneur’s single greatest asset is their speed of learning through trial and error. Many of us fall dangerously in love with their initial product state rather than the core problem they set out to solve. They view a change in direction as a failure, when in reality, a successful pivot is the ultimate hallmark of great entrepreneurship. Continuous experimentation is the absolute key to long-term sustainability and eventual product-market fit. Pivoting is incredibly hard, uncomfortable, and requires stripping away ego.

We know this firsthand because we spent years in research and development on an original hardware-and-software architecture before making the difficult, definitive decision to pivot to a pure, cloud-based, AI-first EdTech and FinTech platform. That pivot is what ultimately unlocked our frictionless scalability and allowed us to validate our impact across dozens of schools and youth organizations.
